Donor data is real personal information, and Relae treats it that way. Your data is yours, it stays scoped to your organization, and you can export all of it at any time.
- Your records are isolated to your organization. One tenant can never see another's data.
- Data is hosted in Canada.
- Identifying details are stripped before any text is sent to an assistant for help, and re-attached locally afterwards, so raw personal information is not handed to a model.
- Nothing is written to a record without your confirmation, and everything exports as raw data on demand.
Portability is a promise, not a trap. If you ever leave, you take everything with you.
