Pin features, return to work, and find the rest in Explore All.
Your rail keeps the features you use often close at hand. Donor records, Activity and Segments are pinned to start, where your access allows them. You can remove every pin if you prefer.
Choose your pinned features
- 1Open Explore All, or use the plus beside Pinned features.
- 2Hover a feature to reveal its pin. On a touch screen, the pin is visible. A filled pin means the feature is already pinned; select it again to unpin.
- 3Open Pinned features to reorder your list, remove features, or choose whether recently used features appear. You can keep up to eight feature pins.
Feature pins, their order and your recent-feature setting are saved to your account for this workspace. Your choices follow you across browsers and devices. Another open device picks up changes when you return to it, or during its next background refresh. If a change cannot be saved, Relae shows an error and a Retry control.
Features and work are different
Pinned features open tools such as Reports or Appeals. Pinned work opens a specific campaign or appeal you are working on. Pin that work from its page or Home, and unpin it from the rail. Support administrators have their own feature preferences; they do not edit another person's personal work pins.
Find something in Explore All
Click Explore All to start typing. Search covers features, tasks and guides together. Choose Search records instead when you need a donor or another record; your search text carries across. Help opens guidance in the same extension, with the rail still available.
