When Relae asks you to look at something
What the notifications actually mean, and which ones matter.
Relae only interrupts you for things a person genuinely has to decide. It does not tell you a sync finished, because you do not need to know that.
A donation on record was refunded
Somebody gave, and the money has since gone back to them at the source. Relae has changed nothing: it will not quietly remove a gift from your records, because that is your call and you may have already receipted it. Open the record, decide what should happen, and void the gift if that is right.
People turned a ticket into a donation
The good one. After a show, this tells you who let you keep their money. These are your warmest prospects that week, and thanking them quickly is the single highest-value thing on this list.
Orders need your eye
Something was ambiguous enough that Relae would rather ask than guess. Usually two people with very similar names.
Relae cannot reach a source
Almost always an expired or revoked key. Reconnect it in Sources; nothing is lost, and the next sync picks up everything that happened while it was down.
