Every show, who was in the room, and who turned a ticket into a gift.
Events has two views. All events is every show with how it did. Follow-ups is the short list of people to thank this week.
Reading the numbers
- Seats is every seat that was filled, including guests nobody named.
- People is how many of those you can actually put a name to.
- Attended counts people scanned in at the door. If your source does not do check-in scanning this stays blank, which means nobody knows, not that nobody came.
- Donated seats is how many people let you keep the money.
- Recognized is what Relae has counted as a gift from that event.
Seats and People are usually different, and that is fine
When somebody buys four tickets and only enters their own name, that is one person and four seats. Relae shows both rather than pretending it knows who the other three were. The gap is a genuinely useful number: it is how much of your audience you cannot contact.
Click into a show
You get every seat, what each person paid, and whether they were checked in. Named guests link straight to their record. Unnamed seats show as Unnamed guest, because inventing a name would be worse than admitting you do not have one.
Somebody who took their money back at the door still counts as having attended. They were in the room, and that is a real thing to know about a person, separate from whether they gave.
