Document 6: Cookie and Tracking Notice
Plain-language summary: How we use cookies and similar technology. We keep tracking light: no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers, no session recording.
1. What we use
We use strictly necessary cookies to operate the Site and Platform (to keep you signed in, to remember your active organization, and for security), and limited first-party analytics to understand usage. We do not use third-party advertising cookies, marketing pixels, session recording, or chat widgets. The categories: (a) session and authentication cookies, lasting for the session or up to thirty (30) days where you choose to stay signed in; (b) a cookie recording your active organization workspace, session-length; and (c) a first-party analytics identifier, lasting up to twelve (12) months.
2. Your choices
You can control cookies through your browser. Where applicable law (including Quebec Law 25) requires a consent mechanism for non-essential analytics, we present one with non-essential analytics off by default until you agree. Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent because the service cannot function without them.
3. Changes
We may update this notice; the date below shows the latest version.
