How it works
Less piecing it together. More moving it forward.
Bring your giving records, conversations and next steps into one picture. Know where things stand before you decide what comes next.

The relationship in view
Bring the records together
Start with the work
you already have.
The event export. The online gift. The bank deposit with a name you almost recognise. A donor relationship runs through all of them.
Bring your giving exports and donor records. Relae helps connect gifts to the people behind them, so the history is there when you need it.
Start alongside your CRM or build from your spreadsheets. Onboarding begins with the records your team actually uses.
Your decisions
carry forward.
Confirmed matching decisions stay available for later imports. The next file starts with more context, while uncertain records still come back for review.
Clear about what needs you
Confidence where it fits.
Your judgment where it matters.
Some matches are straightforward. Others deserve a closer look. Relae brings the uncertain ones into view, with the source information beside them.
Spend your attention on the decisions that need a person, with the context to make the call.

Keep the conversation moving
Capture it while
it is still fresh.
A promise at an opening. A follow-up after a call. Write the note in your own words, then check the gift, person and date Relae picks up.
Confirm the details before they become part of the record. The next step stays connected to the person, rather than disappearing into another notebook.
See where things stand
Paid. Promised.
Still possible.
A gift received and a conversation in progress are different things. See paid gifts, written pledges and verbal commitments in context, so you know what is behind the campaign total.
Bring cleaner donor totals and an exception list into your reporting process, with the giving records behind the figures.

What happens when a match is uncertain?
Relae separates confident matches from those that need a closer look. You can review the source information and decide whether the gift belongs to that donor.
Do we need to clean our records first?
Start with the exports and donor records you already have. We work through the starting point with you during onboarding, including the fields and sources your team uses.
Does Relae replace our CRM?
It can work alongside your existing CRM, or become your donor record if you work from spreadsheets. We will help you choose the right starting point for your team.
Can we review captured notes before they become records?
Yes. Captured gifts, dates and proposed follow-ups are presented for review. You check the details and confirm what should become part of the record.
Give your team more
to work with.
A clearer record. A better next step. More time for the people who make your mission possible.
