Spend less time
piecing the year together.

A gift in one export. A different spelling in another. A deposit that still needs an explanation. Those little gaps become the year-end job.

Relae brings the records and the questions into one place. Your team can work through the exceptions, understand each donor total, and get back to the relationships behind the numbers.

A record you can explain

Every total has
a story underneath.

See the gifts behind the donor total. Keep source details close, so a question from finance becomes something you can answer.

Confident matches come together. Uncertain records stay in view for your team to review and confirm. A clean total should come with a clear explanation.

A clearer campaign picture

Know what is in hand.

Paid gifts, written commitments and verbal intentions each tell you something different. Keep them distinct so the team can plan its next move with the full picture.

Canadian receipting

Receipts from the record.
Your charity in control.

Relae computes eligible donation amounts from the clean record, including split-receipting calculations after any advantage. Your charity remains the issuer of record and reviews the setup during onboarding.

Already have a receipting process you like? Keep it. Use the clean per-donor totals and year-end summaries underneath it.

A few good questions.

Who issues the donation receipts?

Your charity remains the issuer of record. Relae computes the eligible amounts from the reconciled record, and your charity signs off before receipts are issued.

How does split receipting work?

Relae computes the eligible amount after any advantage, with the calculation available for review. Canadian receipting is configured with you during onboarding.

Can we keep our current receipting process?

Yes. Use Relae for clean per-donor totals and year-end summaries, then keep issuing receipts through your existing process.

What does finance receive?

A reconciliation report, per-donor totals and an exception list, so unresolved items stay visible and totals can be traced back to their source gifts.
